The Hampshire Cookbook - A collection of recipes eagerly gathered and compiled by a food-loving team of volunteers from The Prince's Trust Million Makers Challeng,. Compiled by a team from global relocation company HCR, whose UK head office is in Basingstoke, the Hampshire Cookbook features an array of flavoursome recipes, including some from internationally renowned cooks and chefs. Rick Stein, Paul Hollywood, Marcus Wareing, Antonio Carluccio, Tommy Miah, Eric Lanlard and Hampshire's own Simon Rogan have all contributed to this innovative fundraising project - designed to entice the tastebuds and highlight the delights of this rich and diverse county's local produce.
We are very proud to feature our Head Chef, Chris Rock's, Flaked Almond Bakewell tart recipe - a favourite of his but also of our guests!
