Make your Easter Sunday lunch a special family occasion with our classic Sunday lunch menu prepared by Nick O’Halloran and his team.  For the children (and big children amongst your party) they may spy the Easter Bunny has visited the courtyard.

£35.00 per person for three course lunch with coffee.

POACHED SMOKED HADDOCK, watercress velouté, soft boiled quail egg (GF)

HAM HOCK & CONFIT CHICKEN TERRINE, Caesar dressing, sour dough

COLD SMOKED CHALK STREAM TROUT “TARTARE”, capers, cornichon, radish (GF)

CRUMBED SLOW COOKED LAMB NECK, confit tomato, salsa verdé

PIGEON ROASTED ON THE CROWN, spinach purée, confit potato, swede (GF)

PAN FRIED GILT HEAD BREAM, crab ravioli, brown crab meat mayonnaise, samphire
