Canapés & Bubbles reception in our Bar followed by a five course Black Tie dinner in the Brasserie.

Be tempted onto the dance floor by our resident DJ as he accompanies you into the New Year.

Devils on Horseback served at 12.30am.

Carriages @ 1.00am.

Confit Chalk Stream trout, oyster leaf mayonnaise, squid ink cracker, quail egg, sea herbs (GF)
