What is the TWH Rewards Card?
The card allows you to collect points every time you visit The White Horse Hotel – 7days a week 365 days a year! You can save these points and use them to treat yourself to anything from a quiet drink in the Bar or a dinner in the Brasserie.
How do I earn my points?
Whenever you visit The White Horse Hotel & Brasserie simply hand over your card at the till point or to a member of the Brasserie team each time you make a purchase. You will automatically be awarded points e.g. for every £20.00 spent you receive £1 of redeemable points.
How do I know how many points I have?
The Team will be more than happy to inform you how many points you have accrued. Simply pass them your card during your visit.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem the points you have accrued in our Bar & Brasserie between the weekdays of Monday – Thursday. Simply hand a member of the Brasserie team your card when asking for your bill. You can choose to redeem a certain amount of points or all your points.
